HEY! If you ordered something from the White Ninja Comics Merchandise page, or you are planning to, bookmark this page!
* I want to pay with a money order or check! We can't accept checks, but money orders are just fine. To order, download and print out and mail it to us. All the directions are on there. Make sure you send the correct amount or it could be a nightmare.
* When is my order going to arrive? Your order will take 2-3 weeks to arrive within North America or 4-6 weeks outside the USA. Though, MOST orders take far LESS time to arrive then that. If you are ordering around Christmas time, check the merchandise page to see when the deadlines for Xmas ordering are. If you order by the xmas deadline, and you are inside the US, you are guaranteed to get your order by Xmas (unless you send me the wrong address or something like that.)
* I have waited for my package to arrive for as long as you said, but it is still not here, what do I do? We generally keep few items in stock, and most items are made to order, with the exception of books which generally ship within five days of your order. Expect delivery of most items in three to four weeks, but the vast majority get there much sooner. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, just email thecreators[at]whiteninjacomics.com and we will be glad to assist. We do not need the transaction ID, just your name and email address you placed your order are usually sufficient.
Please DON'T email me four days after ordering, demanding a "tracking number" and a date of shipment.
* I ordered one thing, but got the wrong thing! Email us with the details of what you ordered vs. what you got. We will then have you mail the product back to us. We will send the correct items within 2 days of receiving the wrong stuff back. This only happens occasionally, but it is our own fault. Please don't get mad, because everyone screws up sometimes!
* I got the wrong size, even though I looked at the shirt sizing info page before ordering! First of all, don't wear it or wash it!! Second of all, EMAIL US to make sure we have a replacement. (If it is a shirt we are still selling, we will definitely have one, but if it is a shirt we stopped selling, we may not have one.) If we don't have a replacement in the style you ordered, we can send you a replacement in the size you want, and a different style.
Third, you need to send the shirt back, along with $5 cash (NO CHECKS!) for shipping back to you, via first-class or priority mail to us (we will give you our address when you email us). WE will ship your replacement shirt within a day or two of getting the original shirt back. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE TELLING US WHAT YOU ARE SENDING BACK AND THE SIZE YOU WANT IN RETURN, ALONG WITH YOUR ADDRESS!! Otherwise we won't be able to tell what's going on.
If you ordered multiple shirts, here are the return shipping costs to include with your shirts: 2 shirts: $5, 3 shirts $7, 4 shirts and up $9.
* I ordered this shirt and I don't want it now! (alternate question/statement: "I ordered this with my mom's credit card and she won't let me keep it!") Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you. Please be sure you want what you order, and do not order ANYTHING using someone else's credit card! If you are under 18 or don't have your own credit card, you can or have someone who has a credit card order it for you.
* My book (or whatever else) got heavily damaged in shipping! If you ordered a book and it's ripped, crumpled, or damaged beyond simply having a bent corner please send it back to us (email us and we will provide our address to you). And we will send you a new one. So far we have never had a complaint about a damaged book.
Oh, also, shirts don't get damaged in the mail, and we inspect them when they arrive, so you are guaranteed to get something that looks very nice. Between ourselves, Jeff at Topatoco (our distributor), brunetto t-shirts, and the people at the t-shirt factory, shirts that do not look awesome will never reach your doorstep.
